We’re Stacy and Eric. Gen Xers, lifelong builders, and believers in the power of legacy done differently. After decades of navigating leadership spaces, mentoring behind the scenes, and chasing impact, we started feeling something unexpected: the world gently suggesting we slow down.

But we weren’t slowing down, we were hitting our stride. And if we felt that quiet pressure to fade out while still feeling full of purpose, we knew others did too. Fractionable™ was born from that tension.

We created a private leadership network that honors experience without sidelining it, and empowers rising professionals with the kind of support we wish we had early on. It's a space for those not ready to retire from relevance, and it's for those ready to rise with guidance that actually gets it.
